‘Het Zeeuws Meisje’ is a wonderful place for families. The place is perfect for a longer or short time away from your day-to-day obligations.

Lots of space indoor and outdoor
Inside all is on one floor and the spacious living roomoffers a delicious play corner. But in the “kids room”, cabins can also be built with bunk beds and single beds. High chair and cot are available. All bed rooms are equipped with fly screens.

The garden is fenced, has a swing and is big enough for a game of football. The covered terrace makes outdoor dining also possible when it rains.

Outside the garden is a very quiet neighbourhood where children can cycle, ride scooters, etc. A large playground can be found is only a 5-minute walk away.

Facilities in the neighbourhood

In the village you’ll find all kind of shops for cooking, like supermarket, bakery and butcher. But if you want to make it easy on yourself, take a pick of the various restaurants.Very child-friendly are the Pannekoekenbakker, the Italian La Vita Bella, De Babbelaar (snack bar, homemade fries) and the various beach bars (Zeecafe Oostkapelle, De Piraat, De Lage Duintjes, Berkenbosch). That’s all a 5-minute cycling and with Domburg around the corner for even more choice.

Out
The beach has multiple entrances and beach bars. You can cycle first, a bit through the forest and then to the beach, or in a straight line over the dune. And if you have had enough of all the sand just go by bike to Domburg, Veere, Westkapelle, Middelburg etc. In the village there are all kind of bikes for rent.

And when it rains: the cinema in Vlissingen, Minimundi Walcheren or the football museum in Middelburg, etc.
